This large, tropical meeting room fits 20 PLT staff... and one zebra.
We understand that whilst big treats are amazing, sometimes the smallest things can mean the most. We ensure all new starters are treated to a welcome pack when they join the PLT family – need lashes for your first day? We got you! Of course, we include notebooks and pens too.
We also know how the PLT family appreciates each other, want to send a postcard to your work BFF to let them know they are smashing it? Then head to the PLT post office (cute we know!).

We take huge honour of PLT being a place of diversity and inclusion, yes we absolutely SLAYED with the sassy pink unicorn float for Manchester Pride but we also raised £30K through our Pride Collection with 100% of the profits going to the LGBTQ+ charities.
We understand that our employee’s wellbeing is just as important as their physical health so we make sure we have things covered, from weekly updates on the Well-Being hub to large scale events such as Wellness Wednesdays. Trust us on this one, you’re in good hands.
As much as we try to make sure we work hard and play hard, we understand that at times the world can become a little overwhelming. That’s why we offer 24/7 confidential counselling support for all of our employees.
It isn’t all work at PrettyLittleThing, where do we even start when it comes to staff appreciation? Our Christmas parties are like NO OTHER but we also understand how hard the PrettyLittleThing staff work on a daily basis so like to ensure we treat them regularly. It’s one of the most asked questions but we have finally narrowed it down, Unicorn Boulevard is officially the most Instagrammed spot in the PLT office. It’s not hard to see why.
We all know when it comes to taking the perfect selfie that lighting is key, and the VIP Pink Room is the number one spot to take it. That said, it’s a busy place so it’s a good job the PLT bathrooms are well lit, the middle mirror is your go-to.

At PrettyLittleThing we’re out there doing our bit, both big and small, for charities close to our heart.
