ORDERING FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK

‘EU deliveries – All orders to EU addresses will be delivered with all duties and taxes paid by us.

Non-EU deliveries - Depending on the value of your order, your PrettyLittleThing parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of PrettyLittleThing's hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.’

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?

If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per parcel. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large.
Please also check the invoice inside your parcel bag. This will detail which items should be in the parcel.
If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us within 14 days..

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES ON MY ORDER?

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by PrettyLittleThing. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

CHOOSE A DELIVERY DATE - HOW DOES IT WORK?

Delivery is on a selected date.* You can choose a delivery day of your choice, up to 10 days in advance.

*Some of our delivery methods are not available to a small number of postcode – please see POSTCODE RESTRICTIONS for full details.

Delivery is Monday to Sunday (excluding Public Holidays).

UK Nominated Day Delivery costs just £8.99.

Delivery is fully tracked, and delivery notifications via SMS and email are provided by the carrier.

We’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. You can also track your order by logging into ‘My Account’ and viewing your most recent orders. Just click ‘Track Order’ and you’ll be directed to the carrier tracking page.

A signature may be required on receipt.

If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card.

Dependant on the carrier, you might be presented with additional delivery features including specified delivery window slots and follow my parcel GPS tracking, so you'll know exactly when to expect your delivery.

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. PrettyLittleThing cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Prettylittlething Royalty Delivery service costs £4.99 and is valid for 12 Months from the date of purchase. Your subscription to Prettylittlething Royalty Delivery is subject to these terms and conditions. Customers need a registered Prettylittlething account to subscribe. The service must be purchased by selecting the Royalty Delivery option at checkout. Once purchased Prettylittlething Royalty Delivery is non-refundable. Prettylittlething Royalty Delivery entitles customers to Unlimited Standard Delivery and Unlimited Next Day delivery. There is no limit on how many times you order. Prettylittlething Royalty is available for delivery to UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland), postcode restrictions apply if using the Next Day Delivery service, check your eligibility. If your postcode is not eligible for Next Day Delivery, other delivery options are available. Your order will be delivered within the timescales set out at checkout. Timescales for delivery may change so always refer to the timescales set out at checkout. Prettylittlething reserves the right to change the cut off time delivery at our discretion. During busy retail periods (including but not limited to Black Friday weekend and Cyber Monday) delivery times may take longer. Royalty Troubleshooting
  • Make sure you are logged in to your Royalty account
  • Check your royalty hasn't expired - You can check this by going to “My Account > My Info” Under PrettyLittleThing PLT Royalty Delivery you will have a status and subscription dates.
  • Checkout with PayPal Express will not show your Royalty shipping, you need to log in the normal way for this to work.
  • Check which site you are browsing on, if you bought Royalty for UK it will only work on the UK site.
  • If your Royalty delivery has previously been refunded, it will no longer work and will need to be repurchased.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES & BPFO ADDRESSES?
We do deliver to PO Boxes & BFPO addresses. If you choose to have your goods delivered to a BFPO address, please remember to enter your BFPO and code number e.g. BFPO 1234 into the postcode field. You must also select the SAVER delivery option at checkout, as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes/BFPO addresses on Next Day. For more information click here.
DISPUTED DELIVERY
Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further. 

If you wish to dispute delivery of your order, you have 28 days starting from the day that the tracking status for you order is updated by the carrier as fulfilled (i.e. updated as delivered to the address set out in the Dispatch Confirmation). We reserve the right to request evidence, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs.
