Micellar Bi-Phase Water, for Sensitive Skin The L'Oréal Paris Laboratories have created a Bi-Phase Micellar Water, for ultra-effective make-up removal that leaves skin feeling clean and soft with no greasy residue.
Shake the bottle to mix the two phases, then apply a generous amount to a cotton pad.
On dry skin, wipe pad all over the face, no need to rub or rinse.
